This is surprisingly fun and challenging concept which needs a lot of quick thinking. Really crying out for a sound, and a bit more variety in the levels would be cool. Are you planning to expand on this one?

Droqen responds:

I may expand on this for a proper commercial videogame release if inspiration strikes, because the mechanic is really fun and I can imagine like a million cool ways to explore the space :)

And, I 100% agree about sound. I actually tried for a couple hours but nothing I tried felt quite right, so I figured I'd just release it silent rather than with a half-done sub-par sound design.

This is really well polished for a bullet hell game. The effects like screen movement make it stand out from most of these style games on Newgrounds. Does get a bit samey after a while- maybe some upgrades, new weapons or backgrounds would be good. Controller support is much appreciated too!

Yword responds:

Thank you very much for playing! And thanks for your suggestion too.

Had fun playing this and I like the crazy colours of this world- it's a bit of a glitch-fest though!

Spudzy responds:

PM me what glitches you found

Cool game. I like the neon graphics and the music. Wasn't very good at it though and the killer ant-things quickly got me! Resolution is also a bit too big for my screen.

Noc-Tech responds:

Don't worry I've fixed the resolution of the screen and it should fit better now. There's also a radar to help you keep track of enemies and a lot of other updates have been made too.

This looks and sounds amazing but something's not working for me- I can't get past the "what's your name again?" screen.

Update: Thanks! I think I scrolled the mouse wheel and it went a bit weird.

CutlassBoardgames responds:

You should be able to just hit enter, and put a name in. If it's still not working you might have to find it on itch.io, I'm beginning to suspect the NG build isn't great, but can't do anything about it.

This feels like a semi-complete game. The graphics and animations are great. Gameplay's ok too. It's *really* crying out for sound. I've also just pressed 'replay' and am now literally just looking at a brick wall. If you finish it, this could be pretty good.

Wow, this is actually quite creepy- that expression! Took me a few turns to work out what to do and it's quite a simple, fun game :)

This is really good. I love the graphics and music- and the odd Zelda reference is always welcome too!

leftshoe18 responds:

Thank you for playing!

I'm trying to rate a lot of under-judgement games very quickly to clear the backlog- so I haven't been able to give this the time it deserves but first impressions are you've put a lot of effort into this, it looks very cool and there's a lot going on! Definitely one I'll come back to :)

Extar responds:

I'd love to hear what you think after you've played it some more. :)

This is pretty cool. Has a good playful atmosphere, and the robot animation is quite cute- I kinda wish the music wasn't so repetitive though!
